In addition, when you visit our websites or use our mobile applications, we may collect certain information by automated means, such as cookies and web beacons. A “cookie” is a text file that websites send to a visitor‘s computer or other Internet-connected device to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser. A “web beacon,” also known as an Internet tag, pixel tag or clear GIF, is used to transmit information back to a web server. We also may use third-party website analytics tools (such as Omniture or Google), that collect information about visitor traffic on our sites and mobile applications. The information we may collect by automated means includes:

Information on actions taken on our sites (such as page views and site navigation patterns)

In addition to the data uses described above, we may use the information collected through cookies and other automated means to uniquely identify the electronic shopping basket you may create on our sites and enable you to retrieve shopping baskets you previously created. We also may use cookies to identify and authenticate visitors.

We may combine the information we collect with publicly available information and information we receive from our parent, affiliate or subsidiary companies, business partners and other third parties. We may use that combined information to enhance and personalize your shopping experience with us, to communicate with you about products, services and events that may be of interest to you, for other promotional purposes, and for other purposes described in this section.

We also may use the information we obtain about you in other ways for which we provide specific notice at the time of collection.


Information We Share

We do not sell or otherwise disclose personal information about you, except as described in this Privacy Notice.

We may share the personal information we collect with future and current business partners, ad network vendors and their participants, and other third parties for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, including to communicate with you about products and services, offers, events and promotions that we believe may be of interest to you. We also may share personal information with our service providers who perform services on our behalf. These service providers are not authorized by us to use or disclose the information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or comply with legal requirements.

We also may disclose information about you (1) if we are required to do so by law or legal process (such as a court order), (2) in response to a request by law enforcement authorities, or (3) when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual illegal activity. We also reserve the right to transfer personal information we have about you in the event we sell, merge or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets. Following such a sale, merger or transfer, you may contact the entity to which we transferred your personal information with any inquiries concerning the processing of that information.

Marketing Emails
You may choose not to receive marketing email communications from us by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the marketing emails or by adjusting your email preferences using the online account you may establish on our sites.

  RETURNS

To initiate return please email customercare@guylaferrera.com or call 561-620-0011. Emails will be answered within 24hrs.

Guy La Ferrera International Designs offers two return options:

(1) GUY LA FERRERA INTERNATIONAL DESIGNS store credit with free return charge or

(2) A refund in the original form of payment minus a return charge that covers the return shipping and the restocking costs for the entire shipment. For return shipments valued under $100, the return charge fee is $9.95. For return shipments valued $100 or more, the return charge fee is $15.00 unless the in stock product has higher shipping fee due to overall value. In such cases the insurance value pricing is included with the restocking cost.

If the return is due to an item being delivered damaged or an incorrect item being shipped to you, you will also be refunded for the original shipping charges you paid at the time the order was placed unless you prefer to have a store credit or replacement of the damaged product. Please indicate if your item was damaged or incorrect while creating your return by contacting our Customer Support at customercare@guylaferrera.com .

Items bought with incorrect sizing by customer is eligible for item exchange for the correct size or store credit. Restocking fee is issued to the customer if decided a full refund.

Eligible items to be returned are any unwashed, unworn and undamaged merchandise along with original packaging within 30 days for an exchange, store credit or full refund.

Non-Eligible items are any products made custom to you (shirts, shoes, gloves, sport jackets, suits, vests, trousers, knits) and products with non-return disclaimer within the product description.

Any items that are returned with obvious wear, tear, washed, tampering and without proper Return Authorization included will be sent back and considered non-eligible. 

How to Return:
1) Please kindly email us at customercare@guylaferrera.com with name, address, phone and product purchased. We will contact you within 24hrs to handle the return.
 
1.If exchange, please indicate what item you would like to exchange for.  Product names can be found on our website.
2.If value of items exchanged for is less than the value of the original sales order, then we will refund you the difference.
3.If value of items exchanged for is more than the value of the original sales order, then we will need to charge you for the difference.
2) Pack and seal the emailed Return Authorization, merchandise and original invoice in secure and appropriate packaging.
3) Fill-out necessary customs forms and affix to outside of package.  (Applicable only for returns from outside the US.)

5) We will contact you after we receive your return package to confirm either a credit to your account, or the shipment of your exchange order.

Final Sale and Alterations:
Items on Final Sale (25% discount or more) may not be returned for refund, credit or exchange.
Items that have been altered may not be returned for refund, credit or exchange.

 

SERVICE

These Terms of Service have been executed and delivered by you and constitute a valid and binding agreement between you and GUY LA FERREAR INTERNATIONAL DESIGNS INC., enforceable against you in accordance with their terms. You represent that you are (1) at least 18 years of age, (2) of legal age to form a binding contract, and (3) not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction.

You shall establish and use your membership on the GUY LA FERRERA ONLINE STORE , and purchase and use the products and services available through the www.guylaferrera.com site, in strict compliance with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws, rules and regulations (collectively, “Laws”). All calls, emails and other communications between you and GUY LA FERRERA INTERNATIONAL DESIGNS INC. may be recorded.
